3 Registration & Account

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on shiokambing at any given time. This includes a prohibition on opening a new account after a previous one has been terminated for a terms violation. shiokambing employs multiple technical methods to detect duplicate registrations, including checks on IP addresses, devices, and other identifying information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. ShioKambing will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Shiokambing reserves the right to request identity verification documents including a national ID, passport, bank statement, or any other document deemed necessary. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

• Third-party deposits — including those from family members — are not accepted and will be returned.
• Shiokambing reserves the right to delay or reject any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your shiokambing account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a withdrawal request is processed:

6.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Using specific betting strategies solely to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine intent to play — including but not limited to hedge betting, using multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, or any practice deemed as bonus abuse by shiokambing — is strictly prohibited.

7 Game Rules

All games offered at shiokambing — including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — are governed by their respective specific rules. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

7.1 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or internet connection issue during a game session, ShioKambing will make a fair decision based on stored system records. If game records cannot be recovered, ShioKambing reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the original bet to the player's account.

7.2 Wins Payout

All winnings are credited directly to your account balance immediately after a game concludes. For Sports Betting, winnings are credited once the relevant event has fully concluded and the official result has been confirmed. shiokambing uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to ensure fairness across all casino games.

8 User Conduct

All shiokambing users are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the shiokambing Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with shiokambing's system operations in any way.
• Using offensive, threatening, or racially charged language in any communication channel on the Platform.
• Sharing account login credentials with any other party.
• Money laundering or the use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Any form of fraud, including unauthorized chargebacks on legitimate deposits.

Shiokambing monitors all account activity on an ongoing basis. Any breach of these conduct guidelines will be acted upon promptly, which may include account suspension or closure.

9 Account Closure

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your ShioKambing account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (once all wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to you via a valid withdrawal method. Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by ShioKambing

Shiokambing reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, failure to pass KYC verification, or other legitimate business reasons.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Applicable Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
